SHIPPING POLICY

The Back Mate, LLC will process your order within 3 business days. If you purchase the The Back Mate past 2 pm PST, your order will be processed the following business day. The Back Mate, LLC ships both International and Domestic Packages. Domestic and International Packages are shipped via USPS Ground, USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Alaska, Hawaii, P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. 

SHIPPING TIME

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
